Sophie Zadeh is an expert nonverbal communication specialist and behaviour analyst who empowers audiences worldwide to elevate their communication skills by unlocking the secrets of body language and vocal expression. Through her unique expertise and captivating presentation style, Sophie delivers insightful, science-based content that is engaging, accessible, and immediately applicable to both personal and professional life.
With over 20 years of experience in education and training, Sophie brings a creative flair honed from early work with children, making complex communication concepts easy to grasp for all. Her presentations and training inspire executives, leadership teams, TEDx speakers, educators, and industry professionals to harness the power of nonverbal cues and vocal delivery for greater impact.
Sophie has collaborated with global organisations including Rio Tinto, PwC, Commonwealth Bank, Northern Star, Woodside, and Alcoa. She has coached public speakers, TEDx presenters, and executives, helping them deliver their messages with greater impact. Additionally, she has contributed voluntarily to public good initiatives such as criminal investigations, women’s empowerment workshops, and training programs for the Department of Justice.
Recognised for her expertise, Sophie has worked with TED-Ed on an animated lesson titled “Are There Universal Expressions of Emotion?” and published work in Australian Security Magazine, The West Australian, NW Magazine, Yahoo News, Foxtel Networks, The Daily Mail, and academic texts. Passionate about her subject, Sophie enjoys engaging audiences, helping them open up, become excited about nonverbal communication, and achieve positive outcomes in their lives and careers.
