Purchases and memberships are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.

Payment must be completed before using any service. Additional fees charged by payment providers are your responsibility.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to technical issues or connectivity problems.

Tips for Online Class Connectivity

  • Ensure your device battery is charged.

  • Use a stable internet connection; avoid public Wi-Fi when possible.

  • Close unnecessary apps and tabs to improve bandwidth.

  • Use updated versions of Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox for optimal performance.

  • Set video resolution to High Definition in your video settings.

  • If issues persist, log off and rejoin or try a different device.

Minors and Classes

Minors are generally not permitted in adult classes, except at our discretion and following suitability discussions.

Parental responsibility applies during online sessions.

Photographs or videos may be taken during classes for promotional use; opt-out options are available.

Participants with behavioral or medical conditions must notify us before enrolment, and may require parental support.

Parents/guardians must ensure timely drop-off/pick-up and be reachable during sessions.

Children attending in-person classes must be toilet independent or accompanied by a guardian.

Course Access and Usage

Online course access is provided for the course’s lifetime, referring to the course’s availability.

Online courses/packages are for individual enrolled students only.

Mixed-age/ability classes encourage inclusivity and patience. Refunds are not provided if students object to class composition.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private except when required for legal advice or as part of third-party processing.

Client information shared during services remains confidential and used only for service delivery.

Behaviour and Conduct

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for unacceptable behaviour, including harassment, discrimination, or disruption.

Respectful conduct is expected from all participants.

Behavioural conditions should be disclosed to support positive engagement.

Disruptive or dangerous behaviour may result in removal from classes or premises without refund.

Clients accept full responsibility for their behaviour and waive claims against us.

Intellectual Property

All content—including text, speech, images, course materials, and reports—remains the exclusive property of Sophie Zadeh.

You agree not to copy, modify, record, or distribute our content without written permission.

Enrolment grants a limited, non-transferable license to use the content solely for personal course completion.
