COACHING SESSION DURATION AND FEE
up to 90 minutes, £130
WHAT TO EXPECT
During the coaching session, we’ll clarify exactly what you are seeking and what your goals look like, discussing your challenges and potentially identifying other problem areas. I’ll recommend techniques and tricks to tackle the challenges, explaining how and why these work. I’ll offer general advice and guidance on the coaching topic so that you walk away with a good understanding and a plan to put what you’ve learned into practise.
Depending on your needs and goals, one session may be enough. I’ll make recommendations for further sessions if needed. Some people prefer to take the information and put it into action by themselves, others prefer to book more sessions to keep on track and until they adopt the new skills.
